On tap for Friday’s UNOH 225 at Kentucky Speedway is a guaranteed new winner in Victory Lane as no currently active driver has taken a checkered flag in the Bluegrass State. Among the top contenders at Kentucky are series wins leader Matt Crafton, as well as the drivers from Kyle Busch Motorsports. Crafton has won three of the four races on 1.5-mile tracks this season, while Kyle Busch Motorsports has celebrated in Victory Lane twice at Kentucky, including last year following Kyle Busch’s triumph. Crew Chief Swap Is Expected To Turn Season Around For RCR

Starting this weekend at Daytona International Speedway, the crew chiefs for Richard Childress Racing’s No. 3 and 33 cars will look a little different. That’s because they are switching between the teams; a good old-fashioned swap. For the second consecutive week, GMS Racing driver, Spencer Gallagher has earned his career-best finishes in NASCAR Camping World Truck Series.  Last week at Michigan International Speedway, Gallagher raced his No. 23 to a runner-up finish, his best series’ result and followed that up with his second-best result, a seventh-place finish this weekend at Iowa Speedway, which is his third top-ten finish of the season.  Continue reading →

Erik Jones’ last-ditch push had a victory payoff on Sunday.

Neck-and-neck with Ryan Blaney entering the last dozen laps, Jones finally slipped ahead after a restart and rolled to a 1.958-second victory margin in Sunday’s Owens Corning AttiCat 300 race at Chicagoland Speedway. Continue reading →
