Youthful Success Keeps Flowing In The NASCAR Nationwide Series
Look no further than the NASCAR Nationwide Series for the next wave of young talent. At Mid-Ohio on Saturday, Sunoco Rookie of the Year contender Chris Buescher became the third rookie this season to win, joining Chase Elliott and Ty Dillon. This is the first time since 2005 that there have been multiple rookie winners.

Sunoco Rookie Elliott Leads Four Horse Championship Title Pursuit
Just a dozen races remain in the 2014 NASCAR Nationwide Series title race, and the top four drivers have a mere 13 points separating them as they head to Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course for the Nationwide Children’s Hospital 200 on Saturday, Aug. 16. Leading the series’ top tier quartet is Rookie of the Year candidate and JR Motorsports driver Chase Elliott who rests 12 points ahead of his teammate Regan Smith in second-place.Smith stands just one point ahead of third-place Elliott Sadler and fourth-place Ty Dillon;who have the same points total in the series standings.

New York State Of Mind: Elliott, Smith Lead Series To Watkins Glen
North of the bright lights on Broadway and just west of the Finger Lakes in the rolling hills of New York state heads the NASCAR Nationwide Series for its first of back-to-back road courses. First up, Watkins Glen International with Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course on deck. The challenge of the consecutive road courses on the schedule could transform a competitor’s championship run, especially JR Motorsports teammates Chase Elliott and Regan Smith who sit 1-2 in the standings and hope to make it through unscathed. Dillon Closing In On Sought-After Points Lead
Edging out one of the most competitive fields of the year, Ty Dillon posted his first career NASCAR Nationwide Series win at the historic 2.5-mile Indianapolis Motor Speedway. In doing so, he claimed Nationwide Insurance’s $100,000 Dash 4 Cash check, also closing the gap of -15 between he and the points leader, Chase Elliott.
