Adam Petty left the Earth too soon at 19 years old, but his memory will live forever.
Kyle and Pattie Petty welcomed their son, Adam, into the world on July 10, 1980. Racing was in his genes, as great-grandfather Lee and grand-father Richard made their mark on the Cup circuit. Calgary, Canada native, and at 17 years of age, Cameron Hayley is perhaps prepared more than most for the upcoming East Meets West K&N Pro Series Showdown in the Casey’s General Stores 150 at Iowa Speedway on May 17th.
In 2013 Cameron Hayley finished second in the K&N West Pro Series point standings and this year he’s racing in the K&N East with Turner Scott Motorsports and sits third in the point standings after five races this season.
