FOX Sports Adds Two Years to Agreement Announced In October,

Three More NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Races and 14 NASCAR Nationwide Series Events

FOX Sports and NASCAR solidified their future together last October when they announced a multi-platform, multi-series media rights agreement through 2022. Less than 10 months later, the two organizations announced they have extended that agreement, which begins in 2015 and runs through 2024. In addition, FOX Sports has added exclusive rights to three more NASCAR Sprint Cup Series events and the first 14 NASCAR Nationwide Series events of each season. FOX Sports secured exclusive rights to the entire NASCAR Camping World Truck Series season through 2022 last fall and that part of the agreement also has been extended through 2024.  Continue reading →

Even though it seems the drivers were in Pocono a few weeks ago, it’s time to head back to the tricky triangle for a second go around. June featured another dominant performance by Jimmie Johnson and he is be looking to do the same thing again this weekend after coming so close at Indy last week. The ‘tricks’ Pocono has up its sleeve this weekend could come at any of its three corners. Fans never know what might unfold when the Sprint Cup Series drivers enter the only track with three turns on the circuit, so Sunday’s race will be a good one to watch. Continue reading →

A little short track out in Iowa will light up for the second time this season when the Nationwide Series hits this tough venue. Rain drenched the race last June, forcing a move to Sunday and then Trevor Bayne and Austin Dillon dueled it out for the victory, with Bayne coming out on top. With the weather looking good, the cars will race under the lights on Saturday night to continue the championship chase. Continue reading →
