Chase Elliott Brings Home First Chevrolet Win of the Season

The NASCAR Monster Energy Cup Series ran full throttle Sunday in the Geico 500 at Talladega Superspeedway. It has been two weeks since the last race, and it was obvious that these drivers were itching to get at it again. Talladega Superspeedway was the perfect place to race after coming out of the break.

Chase Elliott Breaks Chevrolet Drought with Talladega Victory

TALLADEGA, Ala. – Chase Elliott seized the lead in the GEICO 500 at Talladega Superspeedway during a four-lap shootout to the finish and took the checkered flag under caution after Kyle Larson barrel-rolled behind him.
