In that program, Landauer studied business, engineering, marketing, and how modern technology applies to racing. This year she is racing her NASCAR K&N Pro Series West rookie season with Bill McAnally Racing and in her first two races she has two top-ten finishes at Irwindale Speedway and Kern County Raceway. Todd Gilliland Chasing #NASCAR History with Winning Ways

NASCAR K&N Pro Victory At Kern Would Match Gurney’s 50-Year-Old Mark

Todd Gilliland heads to Bakersfield, California, on the hottest winning streak in 50 years.

Even if he doesn’t equal the all-time NASCAR K&N Pro Series mark for consecutive victories to start in the series, the 15-year-old from Sherrill’s Ford, North Carolina, is in pretty exclusive company.

It’s a club that includes two drivers in the International Motorsports Hall of Fame, the 2015 Daytona 500 winner and Gilliland. That’s it. In the 62-year history of the NASCAR K&N Pro Series – dating back to the West Series’ beginnings as the Pacific Coast Late Model Series – just four drivers in both the East and West have won the first two series races to start their career. Blaine Perkins Continues Giving 100 Percent for his 2016 NASCAR K&N West Season

At Irwindale Speedway in September 2014, Blaine Perkins made history as their youngest Late Model winner when he was just 14 years of age. He went on in 2015 to make his  NASCAR K&N Pro Series West debut at All-American Speedway, finishing 13th while also racing Lucas Oil Modifieds and Limited Late Models in the SRL Southwest Tour where he won a record five races in a row. A Bakersfield, California native,  Blaine Perkins is now racing the K&N West series full-time in 2016 with Steve Portenga Racing.  Continue reading →

Gilliland Does it Again – Another NASCAR K&N Pro Series Victory

Now three for three with Toyota/NAPA Auto Parts 150 Win

Making it look easy to compete, Todd Gilliland wins for third consecutive race in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East and West.

Gilliland started from the pole and took the lead back from Ryan Partridge on lap 123 to win the Toyota/NAPA Auto Parts 150 at California’s Irwindale Speedway. His victory was his second consecutive victory in his second straight start in the West.

More impressively, the third-generation driver from Sherrills Ford, NC, now joins the history books as a driver to earn three wins in his first three career starts in both the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East and West. Continue reading →
