LEXINGTON, N.C. (January 9, 2018) – In the midst of off-season expansion, Kaulig Racing™ announced today that Ryan Truex will drive the No. 11 Chevrolet for the full 2018 NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS) season. Truex is coming off a ninth-place finish in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) driver standings. The younger brother of current Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) champion Martin Truex Jr. also has two back-to-back NASCAR K&N East Series Championships as well as multiple years of experience in NASCAR’s premier series.

NASCAR XFINITY Series teams are revving up for their first playoff race, VisitMyrtleBeach.com 300 at Kentucky Speedway on Saturday, September 23rd at 8 pm ET. Coverage begins at 7:30 pm ET on NBC Sports Network with radio coverage on PRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.

 

 

Drivers will race 300 miles over 200 laps with Stage 1 ending on lap 45, Stage 2 on lap 90, and the last Stage on the last lap 200. Continue reading →

NASCAR Track News Xfinity Series

The XFINITY Series will be off the next two weekends as the teams regroup and will return to action on May 27th at Charlotte Motor Speedway for the Hisense 4K TV 300 (on FS1 at 1 p.m. ET). NASCAR XFINITY Series teams will race 300 miles over 200 laps in the Kansas Lottery 300 on Saturday, October 15th at 3 pm ET at Kansas Speedway. Television coverage begins on NBC at 2:30 pm ET with radio coverage on MRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio, channel 90.

What to Watch For: The NASCAR XFINITY Series kicks off the Round of 8 of its inaugural Chase. The eight drivers remaining are Daniel Suarez, Elliott Sadler, Justin Allgaier, Erik Jones, Brendan Gaughan, Ryan Reed, Darrell Wallace Jr. and Blake Koch. Continue reading →
