Kyle Busch didn’t need a smokescreen to win Sunday’s ISM Connect 300 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway – he simply had to survive one.

Driving unscathed through a cloud of smoke on the backstretch on the final lap of the second stage, Busch, the polesitter, took control of the race at the halfway point and beat Kyle Larson to the finish line by 2.641 seconds. Continue reading

The man who once made his parents stop at Hardee’s because he thought it was Cale Yarborough’s race shop pulled even with his childhood hero in Sunday’s AAA 400 Drive for Autism at Dover International Speedway.

Getting the jump on Kyle Larson on an overtime restart at the Monster Mile, Jimmie Johnson crossed the overtime line on the backstretch moments before a multi-car wreck brought out the 15th caution of the race and froze the field with Johnson in the lead and a frustrated Larson running second. The Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series teams are preparing for the AAA 400 Drive for Autism at Dover International Speedway on Sunday, June 4th at 1 pm ET. Pre-Race coverage starts at 12:30 pm ET on FOX Sports 1, MRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.

In 400 laps, teams will race 400 miles with Stage 1 ending on lap 120, Stage 2 ending on lap 240 and lap 400 ending the last stage of the event.  Continue reading
