NFL’s Antonio Williams teams up with NASCAR Xfinity Series driver, Joe Graf Jr. with SS Greenlight Racing. Their partnership is already on the right track for the 2021 season.

A mutual friend sparked a friendship between NFL player, Antonio Williams, the Buffalo Bills running back, and NASCAR Xfinity Series driver, Joe Graf Jr with SS Greenlight Racing. Since then, they went about their business forming a business partnership on debut this past weekend at Daytona International Speedway.

Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series’ O’Reilly Auto Parts 500 at Texas Preview

Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series teams are in Texas Motor Speedway for the O’Reilly Auto Parts 500 on Sunday, April 9th. Television and radio coverage begins 1:30 pm ET on FOX, PRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.

Drivers will race 501 miles over 334 laps with Stage 1 ending on lap 85 and Stage 2 ending on lap 170. Continue reading

Broadcast Veteran Also Set to Host NASCAR XFINITY SERIES Pre-Race Show, Continue College Basketball and NFL Sideline Reporting in 2017

FOX Sports has named recent hire Shannon Spake co-host of its popular NASCAR RACE HUB (Monday through Thursday at 6:00 PM ET on FS1) alongside Adam Alexander for the 2017 NASCAR race season, beginning today.

Spake, who joined FOX Sports in July 2016, also will host NASCAR RACEDAY-XFINITY, live from the track preceding each weekend’s NASCAR XFINITY SERIES race, in addition to continuing to serve as a sideline reporter for college basketball and several NFL games airing on FOX Sports. Continue reading

As Tennessee faces Virginia Tech at Bristol Motor Speedway on September 10 later this season, it could be one of the biggest games ever participated in by the SEC, if not all of college football. Estimated to fill ‘The Last Great Colosseum’ all the way to the full capacity of 160,000, if not more, it will go down as the largest college football game in history. Just a couple of years before, there was talk of Florida possibly playing a game at Daytona International Speedway after finishing their renovation project.

Believe it or not, Daytona had hosted four college football games before, all by Bethune-Cookman during the 1974 and 1975 season. There hasn’t been a college game at Daytona since then. Even with the downsizing to 101,000 seats, it would still be huge for the super speedway to host a football game once again. Daytona could host Miami, Florida or Florida State in any season. Who knows, down the road they could host their own bowl game. Of course, we’ll leave the bowl naming for the later possibility.
