After establishing the pace most of the afternoon, 22-year old Austin Cindric ultimately relied on his raw determination to claim the 2020 NASCAR Xfinity Series championship. The Team Penske driver pulled off the most clutch lap-pass of his young career to take the race victory in Saturday’s Desert Diamond Casino West Valley 200 and earn his first NASCAR title.

On Saturday, November 7th, four NASCAR Xfinity Series crew chiefs will lead their Championship 4 drivers in the Desert Diamond Casino West Valley 200. Justin Allgaier, Chase Briscoe, Austin Cindric, and Justin Haley will compete for the 2020 series title. Their crew chiefs, Jason Burdett, Richard Boswell, Brian Wilson, and Alex Yontz will lead their respective teams. The race begins at 5 pm ET on NBCSN, MRN, and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.

In a race to fill the final position for the NASCAR Xfinity Series Playoff, Chase Briscoe nudged close friend, fellow Ford driver, and regular-season champion Austin Cindric out of the way with six laps left. Then, Briscoe was able to pull away to win Friday night’s Food City 300 at Bristol Motor Speedway.

Allgaier holds off Haley to win the NASCAR Xfinity Series Go Bowling 250 on Friday night at Richmond Raceway in Virginia.

The veteran Justin Allgaier gave a master class in perseverance and fast cars, Friday night winning the Go Bowling 250 NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Richmond (Va.) Raceway. It was the 34-year old Allgaier’s first career win in 19 tries at the three-quarter-mile track, and he finished 0.604-seconds ahead of a hard-charging 21-year old Justin Haley.
