Zane Smith Wins Rain-Shortened ModSpace 150 at Pocono

Zane Smith won Friday’s rain-shortened ModSpace 150 for the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards at Pocono Raceway. Smith led an MDM Motorsports sweep of the top four positions in his No. 41 LaPaz Margarita Mix/ICON Vehicle Dynamics Toyota. It was his fourth ARCA Racing Series win of the season.

Tyler Dippel Earns Pole Award at Iowa

Continuing to dominate at Iowa Speedway, Tyler Dippel with DGR Crosley taking the K&N Pro Series pole award for the Casey’s General Store 150 on Friday afternoon after also finishing the second practice session in first place. Dippel races in the K&N Pro Series East and of note is that unlike the earlier practice sessions, the K&N Pro Series West have three of the top-five starting spots for the race. In the first leg of the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East meets the West, DGR Crosley’s Tyler Ankrum (East) led the first practice at Iowa Speedway on Friday afternoon. The Daytona 500 of the NASCAR K&N Pro Series has arrived at Iowa Speedway and on Friday night the winning driver of the Casey’s General Store 150 will have bragging rights.  Drivers are looking forward to the race at 7:30 pm ET on Friday night as much as the fans with everyone anticipating some fun on the track while drivers vie for the lead.  Continue reading
